SALES TAXES
All merchandise delivered to Virginia is subject to applicable sales taxes. All merchandise delivered at swap meets, trade shows or car shows is subject to all applicable state and local taxes. If you have ordered products to be delivered freight free to a show near you, it is your responsibility to pick up your order as per agreement.
PAYMENT FOR ORDERS
JL Fabrication accepts most major credit cards. The world of credit card ordering is changing rapidly. Because of the unfortunate increase of credit card fraud, there are many new rules put forth by companies like American Express, Visa and MasterCard. These regulations often require more stringent procedures specifically relating to ship to addresses or those other than the address your where your charge card statement is sent. Please make sure your exact phone number and the address where your charge card statement comes to as well as other verification information we will ask you for when you are placing your order. We reserve the right to ship your merchandise to the address the credit card company has on file. Orders paid for by American Express will ONLY be shipped to the address they have for your account. Sorry, we do not accept COD shipments. For customers who want to pay by check, we recommend that you send a certified check or money order, or be willing to wait up to 21 days for your check to clear before shipment is initiated.
PARTS
It is very important to understand that once a part is installed or modified, the status of these products has changed. All parts manufacturers have a NO RETURN Policy after part is installed or modified.
RETURNS
Customers are entitled to a money back guarantee within 30 days of their purchase. If at any point between the date of purchase and 30 days elapse the customer decides that they are dissatisfied with the product, they may apply for a refund. The customer must be aware that they are responsible for paying the return shipping fees and that a 15% restocking fee may be applied to purchase that were bought with free shipping included. If a refund is requested, the customer must detail their reasoning for requesting the refund at which point the merchant has the opportunity and right to attempt to resolve the customer’s complaint. If the merchant is unable to resolve the customer’s complaints, then the customer will be issued their refund once the item is returned and is inspected to ensure that the product is in resalable condition. Requesting a refund at any point beyond that 30 day window voids the money back offer.
WARRANTY
We want you to be pleased with your purchase! We are not responsible parts failure due to improper installation, or modification of the part. JL Fabrication does not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits its liability to the purchase price of the item. All parts should be installed by properly trained individuals. Returns also require an RMA number.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Always immediately inspect the contents of your shipment. Notify the carrier if damage has occurred. Boxed merchandise must be kept in the original shipping carton for inspection. DO NOT return damaged items to JL Fabrication until inspected by the carrier. The package must be inspected at the point of delivery. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in good condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, make sure the driver notes this fact on their delivery sheet.
